Not to be confused with director Jess Franco's DOWNTOWN HEAT made in 1991, this Franco Eurotrash nudie tells the tale of a schluby private investigator(played by Jess himself) who gets mixed up with some scheming murderous ladies. The cast here includes a bunch of folks from BARBED WIRE DOLLS which was made around the same time. This includes Lina Romay, Eric Falk, Monica Swinn, Paul Muller and others. About as graphic as you can be without being hardcore with many close-ups of vaginas. Will undoubtedly dissappint fans of Franco's more depraved horror/sleaze works since this one is intended as a comedy.
Glitter kills! Lina Romay gets abducted by a female being from another dimension(Evelyne Scott) and her human slave(Raymond Hardy, who was Lina's real-life husband at the time, in some cool shades) then is sent around to kill anyone who knows too much. She accomplishes this by getting rubbed with some lotion and then turning progressively more sparkly(thanks to all the glitter on her body) and becoming deadly to the touch. Director Jess Franco shows up as a professor who explains what the hell is going on. Light on plot and long on taking it's time to do anything at an hour and 45 minutes it is a bit of a rough watch. It does feature long closeup shots of Lina's shaved bare vagina so if that's your thing give it a sleazy glare.
There are shorter cuts of this including the French one with hardcore footage and an animated title sequence.
This Eurotrash sex/softcore-porn movie is supposed to be a sequel to SIX SWEDISH GIRLS IN A BOARDING SCHOOL and it's pretty much exactly the same as that one. Brigitte Lahaie and friends are back screwing anyone that stops at their gas station. In this fantasyland apparently STDs are nonexistent. The bicycle with the dildo in the seat from the first movie becomes a stationary bike with a dildo now. Exactly what you expect with not many surprises beyond the gag with the TV-set that can see and interact with the horny people around it. Directed by Erwin C. Dietrich, who I know mainly as a producer of Jess Franco films, this is a chronicle of the sexual adventures of 7(despite what the title says) schoolgirls. Brigitte Lahaie is the only girl I recognize from a bunch of French pornos and is my favorite of the bunch. There's lesbianism, virginity taking and an ingenious invention of a bicycle with a dildo built into the seat. The plot is about as basic as your typical porn from this era and it all ends in a big dumb party. Mindless sexploitation that gets very tedious. If I've gained nothing else from watching a bunch of Swedish/Swiss sex films recently I now appreciate the beauty of Ingrid Steeger more than I ever did before. She's really the main draw of most of these films and this one is no exception. Not really any sort of a plot to speak of here. Some stewardesses get naked and get laid. Most of the movie doesn't even take place on a plane so it's really just the most basic standard soft-core sex flick that's a series of sexy scenes strung together. Has a bunch of AKA's including STEWARDESS REPORT, SWEET SENSATIONS and NAKED STEWARDESSES

Euro-sleaze director Jess Franco's BARBED WIRE DOLLS is my sentimental favorite of his women-in-prison films but this one is a pretty close second. Just like with that film you get tons of beaver and Euro-bush shots, wanton lesbianism and a sadistic lady warden whipping and torturing. This one also throws in a foul-mouthed parrot who calls ladies "dirty whores", decapitation and a weird ending that I'm not sure if it's supposed to be happy or not. Having watched a ton of Franco I can only guess it has something to do with the overwhelming power of lust over love but I still have a lot of films to watch before I would consider myself an expert of any kind on ol` Uncle Jess.
Check this one out for some sleazy goodness along with some laughable dubbing. AKA LOVE CAMP
This might be the best-looking film I've seen so far by Spanish Eurosleaze director Jess Franco. It's also a pretty big downer of a film for the most part. The plot deals with a young gal(Susan Hemingway, who as far as I can tell was only 14 or 15 when this was filmed due to it actually being completed in '75 but not released until '77) who gets sent away to a convent only to find out is is in fact run by a group of Satanists. Herbert Fux shows up as a rapey Satan, William Berger is our pervy priest and you get a bunch of nuns who like to flash their boobs during rituals and practice lesbian antics. A great entry in the Franco oeuvre akin to something like THE DEVILS but on a smaller scale.
Lead actress Susan Hemingway also starred in Franco's later WOMEN IN CELL BLOCK 9, so I guess she specialized in being a young naked girl who only appeared in Uncle Jess' films and spurred on controversy due to her age.
This Eurotrash sleazefest, directed by the great Jess Franco, starts out with some Haitian ladies twerking for our amusement. This would be repeated several times throughout the film to remind us we're indeed in Haiti. Now for some reason Haiti is pronounced "Ha-E.T." by whoever dubbed this thing(also Haitian is pronounced "High-Asian" which seems equally strange to me) but what do I know, I've never been there. Then we settle into a pretty slim plot about a lady(Ada Tauler) who comes to Haiti(hey, that rhymes if you pronounce it correctly!) to live with her husband(Jack Taylor). When she gets there she meets his nutty nymphomaniac sister(Karine Gambier) who immediately tries to seduce her because, of course, this is a sleazy Franco film. From there a mysterious voodoo doll of Robert Smith from the band The Cure shows up and people start dying. Is our confused married lady under a voodoo zombie spell that makes her kill people? Well I don't want to spoil it but I will say that weird espionage plot to kill the president is shoe-horned into the end of the movie to try and make sens of everything that goes on.
Of course the real reason to watch this is for all the rampant nudity on display, full vagina shots, gross incest and jazz soundtrack (complete with voodoo drumbeat for island authenticity). SO give it a shot if you're freaky Franco eurosleaze fan. AKA PORNO SHOCK and CALL OF THE BLONDE GODDESS
I first watched this erotic flick back-to-back with SATANIC SISTERS which is director Jess Franco's very similar movie about two sisters. In both of these one is a crazy nympho and the other is the more manipulative ringleader. In this one both of these roles is played by the lovely Lina Romay who you get to see every inch of inside and out so if that's your goal this might be perfect for you. If you want an actual story to go along with your filth SATANIC SISTERS is a better choice. This one from what I gather was a rushed deal that Franco churned out at the same time he was working on his sleazy women-in-prison epic BARBED WIRE DOLLS and it certainly feels it. But this lack of a clear narrative makes this one seem especially artsy if not particularly meandering.Tons of nudity and hardcore shots make up a lot of the runtime so if 70s eurosleaze is your thing this delivers in that area. While not the best women-in-prison film(CHAINED HEAT?) Eurosleaze director Jess Franco's BARBED WIRE DOLLS holds a special nostalgic place in my heart for being the grimiest movie that I ever lent to my dad back in the VHS years and being asked by him for more films of this quality. By quality I know that he meant the explicit bare vagina shots, Lina Romay being given the old shock-treatment in all her nekked glory until she pisses herself and tons of wall-to-wall bush-filled antics. Having watched this so many times over the years I think my favorite scene now is watching ol' Jess trying to molest his onscreen daughter(Romay) and then getting killed for his troubles and falling down in slow-motion, which instead of actually filming in slow-motion he just attempts to very badly fake. Obviously influenced by stuff like the ILSA series this never rises to the level of any of those films but is still a satisfying watch for viewers with the right perverted mindset for this stuff. The DVD I have of this says its title is SEXY SISTERS but the movie itself says they are SATANIC. Either way this is one of those softcore(but bordering on hardcore) Jess Franco Eurotrash spectacles that shows how much better porn was back when they put at least 2 seconds into thinking up some kind of a storyline. The story here deals with a blonde lady(Karine Gambier) who is a nymphomaniac and her manipulative sister(Pamela Stanford) who, along with an evil doctor(Jack Taylor) is trying to get her committed to an insane asylum so she can be the sole heir to a bunch of money. I was expecting things to get a bit more nihilistic towards the ending but Franco keeps things fairly predictable which is a little unfortunate. Still an ok watch if you need tons of Eurobush, frolicking lesbian incest, naked boobs, ass and floppy penises on display. I made the mistake of watching this back-to-back with Franco's MARQUISE DE SADE movie with Lina Romay and while separately they're both entertaining enough they're also far too similar to make a very good double feature so watch this with something like EUGENIE instead.
