This one definitely fits into that insane-over-the-top kung fu movie genre. It's the story of a baby girl whose parents are forced to commit suicide by these ninjas and a guy in a cheap-ass, dollar store Halloween monster mask. From there she's raised by wolves and somehow transitions from being a snarling wolf-girl to being really good at kick-ass kung fu. Heads get ripped-off, cartoon blood is spilled and some poor little rabbits get killed for this cinematic piece of art? At one point some hopping zombies(aren't they usually vampires?) show up and the main bad guy is a red-hooded fellow called the devil. Some sources claim Godfrey Ho was responsible for this but this doesn't really seem like his style since it's all one movie. Most places online, including IMDB, credit the star, Ling Chang, with writing and directing this which seems believable enough to me since it sure seems like something a first-time director might do if they were a crazy martial-arts lady.
